Dohi Rohi is one of my non-veg favourite dishes. It is not so spicy rather tasty, easily digestable and quick time taken recipe. People who like light non-veg menu may try it and I think it'll be palatable with rice mainly and then with roti also.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Take fish and clean it properly.
Marinate raw fish with salt and turmeric powder.
Heat oil in the pan & fry the fish lightly.
Keep them aside in another bowl.
Now pour the paste of onion, garlic and ginger into the hot oil.
Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar according to taste.
Stir it for at least 5minutes.
Then put the fried fish into the gravy and pour a little water.
After 3-4minutes, add the blended curd to the gravy.
Boil the total preparation for 5minutes.
