Cabbage is a vegetable which can be cooked as a vegetable and non vegetable both dishes. Here I have given the recipe of non-veg dish which can be cooked with the head of fish. It is a palatable dish and you may taste it with rice, roti or paratha whatever you like.

  • 4.tomato grated 1(big)
  • 5.Ginger paste of a small piece
  • 6.Cumin powder 4 tea spoons
  • 7.Turmeric powder 1 & 1/2 tea spoons
  • 8.Garam masala (powder of the mixture of cardamon, cinnamon and clove) 1tea spoon
  • 9.Salt & sugar as required
  • 10.Oil, bay leaves and cumin seeds (a little)

Preparation
1.Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the fish head (not very deeply) and keep it aside.
2.Add a pinch of cumin seeds and two bay leaves to the oil and with that put the potato
                pieces also.
           3. Stir it for 1 minute & give the chopped cabbage and the grated tomato into it and
cover it for 5 minutes in light flame to be boiled.
4.Now adding the ginger paste first and then cumin powder, the turmeric powder &
salt one after another, stir it well & cover it for another 5 minutes also in light
                       flame.
            5. Now add the fish head and sugar as required and 2/3 pieces green chilly to it when
the cabbage will be fully boiled.
6.Finally add the garam masala with the soft cabbage curry.
7.Take a quick sniff of it and taste it with rice or roti.
